Aromascenter requires at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
Refunds for styling services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you in such circumstances.
If you need to modify your service package after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable price differences.
Gift vouchers for Aromascenter services are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with our prior approval.
